Hoff Gambles with Sobriety in Canadian Casino

David HasselhoffDavid Hasselhoff has fallen off the wagon once again ... TMZ has learned -- this time making a drunken spectacle out of himself during a trip to Canada this weekend.

We know the Hoff -- who's famously struggled with alcohol in the past -- was drunk in British Columbia over the weekend and caused a scene.

Multiple sources tell us it all went down at the Cascade Casino, when The Hoff somehow got himself involved in an altercation with an elderly patron.

We're told three casino security personnel were called to the scene ... and Hoff was eventually escorted away.

But here's the most shocking part ... We're told Hoff was seen drinking again just 7 hours later.

So far, no comment from Hoff's camp.

Prejean Sex Tape Triggers Settlement

Carrie Prejean Sex TapeCarrie Prejean demanded more than a million dollars during her settlement negotiations with Miss California USA Pageant officials -- that is, until the lawyer for the Pageant showed Carrie an XXX home video of her handiwork.

The video the lawyer showed Carrie is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly. We know that, because TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let's just say, Carrie has a promising solo career.

We're told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to jettison her demand and essentially walk away with nothing. As we first reported, the Pageant is paying around $100,000 to her lawyers and publicist -- a fraction of her bills. She pockets nothing in the settlement.

Britney Spears blew through $1.32 MILLION on lawyers in a recent 7-month span -- but the result was priceless.

The money has been used to pay off the lawyers who represented Britney's conservatorship -- the group of people who have essentially restored Britney.

The court order makes it clear: More fees are on the way ... and Britney's conservators need to stash a few bucks away to prepare.

BTW, it cost Britney roughly $280,000 in lawyer's fees to keep Adnan Ghalib, Sam Lutfi and Jon Eardley away from her.

No Doubt Sues -- Gwen Is Not a Man!

Gwen Stefani is not a man and wants nothing to do with hookers -- but according to a new lawsuit, Gwen claims she's being manipulated into all sorts of manly, unGwen-like behavior for a new "Guitar Hero" video game.

No Doubt

The band No Doubt is suing the makers of a new game called "Band Hero" -- claiming gamers were only supposed to be able to use No Doubt's digital images to sing 3 No Doubt songs.

But in the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the band claims Activision "transformed No Doubt band members into a virtual karaoke circus act" by having them "sing, dance and perform over sixty songs."

The band is particularly pissed that Gwen Stefani's animated image can channel a male voice to sing "Honky Tonk Woman" by the Rolling Stones ... a song which contains lyrics about "having sex with prostitutes."

The band is suing for an injuction prohibiting "the unauthorized use of the No Doubt's name and likeness" in the game ... along with an undetermined amount of damages.

UPDATE: TMZ spoke with a rep from Activision who tells us, "Activision has a written agreement to use No Doubt in Band Hero – an agreement signed by No Doubt after extensive negotiations with its representatives, who collectively have decades of experience in the entertainment industry ...

... Activision believes it is within its legal rights with respect to the use and portrayal of the band members in the game and that this lawsuit is without merit.

Jamie McCourt in A League of Her Own

The Los Angeles Dodgers Chief Operating Officer claims Jamie McCourt -- Frank McCourt's estranged wife -- showed an "almost disdainful disregard" for workplace etiquette ... this according to new legal docs filed in the McCourt divorce and obtained by TMZ.

COO Dennis Mannion signed a declaration in support of Frank, in which he claims Jamie was frequently absent from executive meetings and when she showed she was not capable of or interested in focusing on the team. Mannion says Jamie "demonstrated a marked lack of interest" in all things relevant to the Dodgers. Mannion says Jamie only did things "to cultivate and promote her image as the 'highest ranking woman in Major League Baseball.'"

Mannion says when Dodger honchos had meetings about specific projects, all Jamie would say is she was "working on strategic things with Frank."

Bert Fields, one of Jamie's lawyers, has one word for Mannion -- "Baloney."
